(Below are brief descriptions of the
standard banner materials and their uses)
2 PLY LAMINATING
Open mesh layer of polyester scrim fused to a
layer of vinyl P.V.C. film
3
PLY LAMINATING
Two layers of vinyl P.V.C. film fused to both
sides of an inner layer core of open mesh polyester scrim
4
PLY LAMINATING
1 layer of opaque film & 1 layer of open
mesh polyester scrim fused between 2 outer layers of vinyl P.V.C. film.

Vinyl Standard
- A
very rugged material with great outdoor dependability
- Vinyl
laminated on both sides with a poly
ester
inner core fabric
Smooth
surface for excellent vinyl, paint, or screen printing applications
Painting
must be done with a vinyl receptive paint or the banner
must be pre-finished
with an enamel receptive coating when using oil based paints
10oz.
Enamel Receptive
- A
very rugged material with great outdoor dependability
- Same
durable construction as 10oz. plus an acrylic coating on the surface
which allows hand painting with regular oil based enamel paint
- Smooth
surface for excellent vinyl, paint or screen printing applications
13oz.
High Gloss Vinyl
- Great
strength & appearance
- A
very strong fabric with superb outdoor dependability
- Vinyl
laminated both sides with an extra strong polyester inner core scrim
- Smooth
gloss surface offers great receptability with vinyl letters &
logos (especially 2 mil cast vinyl)
- Silk
screening & hand painting should only be attempted with ink
& paint which is vinyl receptive

Matte Vinyl
- Strong
& Dependable
- Very
much like the 13 oz. High Gloss but only a Matte Finish
- Vinyl
receptive paint & ink MUST be used when painting
16oz.
"Double-Face"
- Very
strong "Blackout" material for outdoor & indoor use
- Heavy
layer of vinyl film coated to both sides of an extra strong
polyester mesh fabric plus an inner blackout layer for total opacity
- Recommended
vinyl for this material is 2 mil cast high performance

especially on rough side
Vinyl
receptive paint & ink MUST be used for both sides when painting
18oz.
Heavy Duty "Double-Face"
- Extremely
strong & durable whether used as a single or double faced banner
- Outdoor
use in tough conditions. . . especially "across the
street" or "between building & pole" banners
- Use
2 mil high performance cast vinyl-especially on rough side
- Vinyl
receptive paint & ink MUST be used when painting
